School Tours maintains a Travel Agents and Tour Operators Professional Liability Policy providing Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability, Non-owned and Hired Auto Liability, Professional Liability, and Personal Injury Liability for $5,000,000 per occurrence. Additionally, STA maintains a primary insurance policy covering every traveler for $5,000 Accidental Death, $5,000 Accidental Dismemberment, $25,000 Accident Medical Expense, $1,000 Sickness Medical Expense, and $1,000 Accidental Dental.

PAYMENT PROTECTION PROGRAM In the event you are uncertain whether your child will be able to participate, School Tours of America also offers and encourages all participants to enroll in the Payment Protection Program. The price of the program varies on a sliding scale depending on trip price and offers participants another very reasonably priced protection in the event they must cancel prior to the tour or must return home for an emergency during the tour. This is just one more layer of protection for any participant concerned about their future situation and can be financed through the monthly payment plan along with the trip price."
