From providing communications tools for parents to your final point of arrival, your tour coordinator will work with you throughout the entire process. This person handles all the logistics and tour bookings for you. Plus, you’ll be given a personal toll-free phone number that directs you to your tour coordinator anytime, morning, noon or night. |

Educational Excellence |

By working with middle and high school teachers and the faculty of Adams State College, our tours follow an educational curriculum qualifying teachers who lead the groups to obtain graduate credit and students who participate on tour to be eligible to receive undergraduate credit (depending on grade level) or admissions’ portfolio credentials through the ASC Leadership Program. |

- Identification: Every participant carries a card or wears a wrist band or lanyard to clearly identify them as part of the tour. Each ID also provides emergency contact information as a quick reference, including a telephone number answered 24/7 by School Tours of America.
- Buddy system: All students must participate in all activities with at least one or more students.
- Professional nighttime security guards: These security officers are on duty every night on hotel floors occupied by the students.
- Except for emergency situations, each student is expected to adhere to a nightly curfew.
- Cell phones: All School Tours of America personnel carry cell phones, and also encourage students to bring their own cell phones.
- Hotline: we maintain a 24-hour, toll-free emergency phone number for students, teachers and parents, providing quick access in the event of an emergency.
