Announcing our 2023 Social Media Contest

Social media has become an essential part of our lives, connecting people and communities from all over the world. And what better way to do this than through a photo contest, sharing your student tour experience? If you're looking for a fun way to connect, and possibly win a prize, then join School Tours of America’s (STA) social media contest!

About The contest:

We’re excited to bring back our first social media photo contest since COVID, finally! The contest is open to anyone who has traveled with STA during our 2023 travel season, which falls between July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023. Travelers must follow us on the social media platform they are posting on (I.e., Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok and Instagram). Participants must submit a photo and/or video that best showcases their exciting tour experience. Post as many photos and videos as you want! The STA Marketing Team will be judging. And let’s say, if you feature the STA logo or gear, which could be your STA Drawstring bag, lanyard, luggage tag, wristband, Lincoln T-shirt, etc, it’s a plus!

Participating in our social media contest is easy. Simply follow these steps:

Like our social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tik Tok.
Take a photo or video that highlights your tour experience.
Post it on your social media page and tag School Tours of America.
Use the hashtag #MyTourView in your post.
The more photos you post and tag, the more chances you have to win!

The Prizes: We Got them!

We're offering some nifty prizes this year for the top three photos and top Tik Tok Video. Students and Group Leaders will have separate opportunities to win! The categories and prizes are:

Top Student Photo: Drone + $75 Amazon Gift card + STA Merch
Student Runner Up Photo: Drone + STA Swag Pack
Top Group Leader Photo: $100 Amazon Gift Card + STA Travel Mug & Merch
Top Tik Tok Video: Drone + $75 Amazon Gift Card + STA Merch

Bonus Prize Opportunities!

We told you there were more prizes than ever! In addition to the top prizes above, we will choose one traveler each month through June to win a custom STA Retroviewer plus a gift card to customize their own photo reel. One traveler will be chosen in March, April, May and June. Winners will be announced at the start of the following or each month.

Contest Details & Rules

Winners of the Photo or Video contest prizes will be chosen based on the creativity, originality, and quality of their photos and videos. You must follow us on the social media platform you are posting on.

You must be a participant in a School Tours of America tour that traveled between July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023. Top Winners will be announced early July 2023 on our social media channels. Winners will be selected by the STA Marketing Team. Photos and videos must be original and taken by STA travelers. By submitting images, you are allowing the future unconditional use of the images by School Tours of America.
