RESTAURANT CHAINS

Little Caesars: There are multiple offers for you to fundraise with Little Caesars - Learn more by clicking on the link!

Krispy Kreme Digital Dozen: Your group will decide what you want your price per dozen to be and proceed to sell donuts – It's all 100% digital so there isn’t any going to pick it up or deliver. Plus, kids make 50% of the profits!

These are just a few of the more popular restaurant chain fundraisers that some of our groups participate in. Click here to read an article listing even more restaurants with fundraising opportunities that may be available in your area!

PRODUCT FUNDRAISERS

Rada Cutlery: This is a catalog order where students will receive 40% profit for what they sell.  Rada is a small company that is easy to work with!

World's Finest Chocolate: This is a popular chocolate company that makes it easy for students to sell candy to raise funds for their trip.

Affy Tapple: Home of 'Chicago's Original Caramel Apple' - They provide a fundraising kit to help you narrow down a target amount that makes it easy to reach your goal!

Charleston Wrap: The holidays are right around the corner, which means everyone is going to be heading out gift shopping soon!  And what are they all going to need? WRAPPING PAPER! Why not fundraise some money for your group's trip by offering a wrapping paper fundraiser?  They're going to be buying some anyways, right?

RAFFLE DRAWINGS

Amazon Raffles: Take advantage of Amazon Prime Day! Purchase something from Amazon during the annual Prime Day sales and have your students sell $5 (or any amount you choose) raffle tickets for a chance to win the item(s)!  Your students can receive up to 100% profit from all the raffle tickets they sell!

Professional Sports or Event Ticket Raffles: It's the same idea as the Amazon Raffle, where students can receive up to 100% profit from raffling off tickets to your local professional sport team game or other ticketed events in your area. Reach out to your local sports teams or other companies to see if they are able to donate tickets for your fundraiser, then have your students sell $5 raffle tickets for a chance to attend the game or event.

Basket Raffle: Create themed baskets full of donated items or experiences that will then be raffled off at a school event. The money raised can be split amongst your students attending the trip.  Reach out to local companies for donations of gift cards, experiences, services and more to be included in your baskets!

***The fundraising ideas and opportunities outlined above are subject to availability, changes or discontinuation, and may vary by location. Please check with individual retailers or service providers for specific terms and conditions. These offers are not endorsed or sponsored by School Tours of America.

CROWDFUNDING

In addition to all of these great fundraising options, STA has our own crowdfunding platform, MyTourFund! It works just like the other crowdfunding platforms out there, giving students the option to create a MyTourFund profile page and send it off to their family and friends to "donate" towards their trip - with all money donated going directly towards their trip fund. MyTourFund.com participants raise an average of $900 to go towards their trip cost!

We are so excited you’re interested in fundraising to help make your trip possible for your students. We know it can be intimidating, so we hope to inspire you with some ideas to help get you & your students started! These are just a handful of the options that we have heard about from Group Leaders like you, but there are so many options out there - the choices are endless!

We are here to help wherever we can. Please reach out to your STA representative with any questions. Your student travel experience is awaiting you... LET’S GO!
