Balance must be paid in full at least 70 days prior to your trip. (Refer to your portal or registration packet for final payment date)

Ask for the Gift of Education

The most successful fund raising technique begins at home. Some students have found success using the gift of education letters. You can download templates for drafting your own personalized gift of education letter here. Mail to family & friends requesting donations toward your trip price in lieu of birthday, holiday or graduation gifts.

How do we sign up for the trip?
  • Register Online, enter your trip number and departure date.
  • Or you may complete and mail the form included in your registration packet.

What are my payment options?
  • Partial Payment Coupons: Upon receipt of your registration, we will mail you our optional partial payment coupons. The partial payment coupons are a suggested payment amount and schedule, and not mandatory to use. There is a $6.00 handling fee for each payment made. Approximately three weeks before the final payment date you will receive your final statement.
  • Pay As You Go: You may make flexible payments at your own schedule and desired amount with no late fees applied. There is a $6.00 handling fee for each payment made. The total balance must be paid by your final payment date, which is approximately 70 days prior to trip departure.
  • EzPAY: Upon registering you may opt-in to our automatic monthly payments program with no associated fees.
  • MyTour Fund: any donations received through MyTourFund.com will be automatically applied to your trip account balance. See the MyTour Fund Terms and Conditions for more information.

I'm registering my trip far in advance. What if something comes up?

Don't worry! Our Payment Protection Program (PPP) allows you to cancel for any reason before departure and receive a full refund (minus program cost). The PPP is available for purchase; please refer to your registration packet or our Terms & Conditions for pricing and complete details.

 

 

What is your cancelation policy?

In the event you or your child must cancel and you are not in our Payment Protection Program, charges are associated with the cancellation.  These charges vary and are based on the date School Tours of America receives the cancellation notice and the departure date of the trip. Please see our Terms & Conditions for the cancellation fees associated with the trip. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, via mail, email or you may fax it.

Are there any scholarship opportunities?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of scholarships to help make your trip more affordable. See the full list and details here. Please note that many scholarships need to be initiated by the group leader or teacher.
